''The Internet is a space of enormous opportunity and freedom, but also challenging the very exercise of this freedom,'' said the Secretary General in his speech at'the Google event ''Breaking borders'', on 3 November. The event was organised to mark the 20th Anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall.

''Internet offre un espace de possibilités et de liberté gigantesque, mais il menace également l’exercice même de cette liberté'', a déclaré le Secrétaire Général lors de l'allocution qu'il a prononcée à l'occasion de la manifestation Breaking Borders (''Ouvrir les frontières''), organisée par Google le 3 novembre. Cette manifestation était organisée pour commémorer le 20e anniversaire de la chute du mur de Berlin.
