In his opening speech of the autumn session of the Parliamentary Assembly LluÃs Maria de Puig recalled that he had stressed on several occasions how important it was not only to have a vote, but also to ensure that it is a strong vote, showing significant political support for the future Secretary General.

Dans son discours d’ouverture de la session d'automne de l'Assemblée parlementaire LluÃs Maria de Puig a rappelé qu’il avait plusieurs fois souligné à quel point il est important, non seulement d’avoir un vote, mais d’avoir un vote fort, qui marquerait un soutien politique conséquent au futur Secrétaire Général.
