Anti-torture Committee visits Azerbaijan [16/12/2008]
The main objective of the visit, from 8 to 12 December, was to review improvements made in the light of the recommendations in the reports on previous CPT visits to Azerbaijan, concerning the treatment of prisoners – including inmates sentenced to life imprisonment – and psychiatric patients.

Visite du Comité anti-torture en Azerbaïdjan [16/12/2008]
La visite, du 8 au 12 décembre, avait pour principal objectif d’examiner les améliorations apportées au traitement des détenus – y compris des détenus condamnés à la réclusion à perpétuité – et des patients psychiatriques, à la lumière des recommandations formulées par le CPT dans ses rapports relatifs aux visites précédentes en Azerbaïdjan.
