FACE: Li Yang and ''Mang Shan'' win the 2008 prize [22/04/2008]
During the closing ceremony of the 27th film festival in Istanbul on 19 April, Deputy Secretary General Maud de Boer-Buquicchio, on behalf of Secretary General Terry Davis, presented the second Film Award of the Council of Europe (FACE) to Li Yang for his film ''Mang Shan / Blind Mountain''.

Lors de la cérémonie de clôture du 27ème Festival du Film d’Istanbul, le 19 avril, la Secrétaire Générale adjointe, Maud de Boer-Buquicchio, au nom du Secrétaire Général, Terry Davis, a remis le second prix du Film du Conseil de l’Europe (FACE) à Li Yang, pour son film ''Mang Shan / Blind Mountain''.
