Access of young people to social rights - 50-50 training seminar for specialists of national and local authorities and representatives of non-governmental organisations working with young people in Ukraine

The Council of Europe Youth Department is organising together with Ministry of Youth and Sport of Ukraine and in partnership with Partners for Every Child Foundation from Ukraine, a training seminar for specialists from state and local authorities working with young people together with representatives of youth non-governmental organisation from Ukraine. The training seminar has a special focus on access of young people to social rights.

The format of the training seminar “50/50” implies the participation of equal number of representatives of the governmental and non-governmental sectors working with young people in Ukraine. This training seminar is a contribution to dissemination of the Enter! Recommendation CM/Rec(2015)3 of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe to the member states on the access of young people from disadvantaged neighbourhoods to social rights, adopted in January 2015.
