The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) “Guidelines on Satisfaction Surveys” was presented on 13 June 2017 in Tirana, in a seminar for court representatives. The purpose of this activity was to promote further the use of surveys to improve the quality of the justice system and prepare for their implementation. This was done further during the visit by the CEPEJ expert visit of the First Instance Court and Appeal Administrative Court. Exchanges were welcomed by participants who provided useful feedback and expressed their commitment to implementing surveys during and beyond the Action.
This activity took place in the framework of the Programme on “Strengthening the Efficiency and Quality of Justice in Albania” (SEJ II), a joint Action co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe, is part of the programme entitled "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey".
