Back Terrorism has to be tackled using democratic means: Thorbjørn Jagland

Interview with the Secretary General within the framework of the World Forum for Democracy

The Secretary General of the Council of Europe has warned against blaming migrants to Europe for the recent terrorist attacks in Paris.

Speaking on the Council's internal television news programme, The Journal, Thorbjørn Jagland said that terrorists are seeking to increase tension in Europe and that political leaders have to take a stand against anti-migrant rhetoric.
