Two management training sessions on Project Management Methodology were held with Directors, Heads of Departments, and Heads of Divisions. The participants took the total number of staff trained over 400. Training at this level also completed the full range of grades of Council of Europe staff involved in PMM. The support of this group is key to translate Senior Management strategy and priorities into project outcomes and to ensure project staff manage projects at the high level of Council of Europe expertise in human rights, rule of law and democracy.
