On 21 May 2015, Thorbjørn Jagland, Secretary General of the Council of Europe and Igor Crnadak, Foreign Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Chairman of the Committee of Ministers, launched the Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2015-2017.
“This plan which we have put together is filled with concrete actions and programmes that will support your continuing efforts to build the inclusive, trusted and dynamic institutions and practices on which Bosnia and Herzegovina’s lasting stability and prosperity will depend” said Thorbjørn Jagland at the launch ceremony.
