An international colloquy and concert in memory of the musicians who died in the Holocaust is organised in co-operation with the Council of Europe project Passing on the remembrance of the Holocaust and prevention of crimes against humanity.

The No Hate Speech Movement conference brings together the main participants of the campaign, to discuss objectives and strategies and to plan the programme of major activities for 2014.

The PACE Legal Affairs and Human Rights Committee adopts an opinion on the "Draft CoE Convention against Trafficking in Human Organs", and a report on the accountability of international organisations for human rights violations.
