The Congress of local and regional authorities and the Council of Europe Office in Ukraine Project “Promoting local democracy in Ukraine” (herein after “the Project”) implemented in the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2015-2017 is launching tender procedure for event management services for:

• 2 workshops for mayors of Ukraine “Mayors, Leaders for Change” which will be held on 1-2.02.2017 (Kharkiv, Ukraine) and on 15-16.02.2017 (Odesa, Ukraine).
