On 27 December 2016 Vice-Prime-Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Municipal Economy of Ukraine Mr Hennadiy ZUBKO, senior manager of the Council of Europe Programme “Decentralisation and Territorial Consolidation in Ukraine” Mr Andriy HUK and General Director of the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology Dr Volodymyr PANIOTTO presented during the press-briefing in the National News Agency of Ukraine “Ukrinform” results of the second   National Opinion Poll on decentralisation and local self-government reform (the first one was in 2015 http://www.slg-coe.org.ua/httpwww-slg-coe-org-uap7427/?lang=en).
