Today, in Strasbourg, Mr Emil Ruffer, Ambassador, Permanent Representative for the Czech Republic to the Council of Europe, signed the Istanbul Convention. The Czech Republic becomes the 41st member state of the Council of Europe to sign the Istanbul Convention.
