Lynda Ford, an expert in community development, youth entrepreneurship and intercultural practice, Dr Amrita Malhi and Dr Glenda Ballantyne have launched Australia's first Intercultural Standards and Index.

The Standards and Index are aligned with the Council of Europe's Intercultural Cities Programme meaning Australian councils can directly benchmark their intercultural practices with more than 100 cities in the ICC network around the world!
