The HELP Network is the only pan-European peer-to-peer Human Rights Training Network, made up of representatives of national training institutions for legal professionals from all 47 member states of the Council of Europe. Other international organisations, as well as some NGOs, are partners of the Network, including the main international associations of legal professionals.

The Conference will provide a forum for discussions for the HELP Network members and its partners on ways of enhancing results of human-right training and on how to improve an effective co-operation among relevant national and international institutions.

The topic of this year’s Conference is HELP for Friendly Justice.
