Acknowledging and building on the findings and results of other organisations working in the field is the fourth priority for action.

Exchanges of information and of best practices should be promoted with relevant organisations such as the International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP-UNESCO), Transparency International and the U4 Anti-Corruption Resource Centre.

The Council of Europe could also be used as a link/facilitator between NGOs working in the field and policymakers.
 

The following activities are proposed for 2015-2017:

• Partnerships and regular exchanges of information are organised through established channels;
   
• Memoranda of understanding.
