Access to social rights for young people is linked, in the philosophy of the Enter! project, to a variety of themes. Exploring these themes among those involved in youth related policies, youth research and youth work and how they are interpreted and tackled in different countries across Europe is one of the intervention of the Enter! project.

The seminar “From Policy to Practice: Youth Work Supporting Access of Young People to Social Rights” was held in Kazan, Russian Federation, from 22-26 October 2018 to explore practices and experiences in implementing the Enter! Recommendation at regional and local level. Based on intercultural peer-learning, the participants analysed the practices of youth work and youth participation as approaches that positively influence in access of young people to social rights.
