The United States Department of State and the Council of Europe signed a new contribution agreement through which the USA will continue their support to the project Cybercrime@Octopus.  Funds will be used to assist countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America in the reform of cybercrime legislation, to support their participation in the Cybercrime Convention Committee and to co-fund the Octopus Conference.
