A group of cultural policy experts from the Ministries of Culture of Austria, France, Italy and Spain, and the Director of KEA European Affairs as independent expert, visited Ukraine from 13 to 15 March to assist the Ministry of Culture in mainstreaming culture and heritage policies into the ongoing decentralisation process. The experts shared their national experiences with their Ukrainian counterparts. The peer review report, which should enable the reform of cultural policies in line with Council of Europe standards and best practice, will be made available to the Ukrainian Authorities in spring 2017.
