Three one day training events which were based on a training handbook developed for the needs of the Czech authorities took place on 26 November 2015 in Prague, 27 November in Plzen and 4 December 2015 in Brno. Some 70 representatives of the Ministry of Interior, prosecutors and judges, who participated in the trainings had an opportunity to discuss with two trainers the provisions of the Czech legislation on liability of legal persons, international standards as well as actively participate in the discussion of practical cases with the aim of identifying a solution to the presented case scenarios.
