Members of the Disciplinary Commissions of the Serbian High Judicial and State Prosecutorial Councils visited the French capital on 15-17 of June. The delegation met with representatives of the French Ministry of Justice, the State Council, the Superior Council of Magistrates and the General Inspectorate of Legal Services, with the aim to discuss and exchange experience on disciplinary responsibilities of judges and prosecutors. The visit was a final step in a series of activities that PACS project organised with the view to strengthen the capacities of the disciplinary commissions and disciplinary prosecutors of the two Councils.
