Following the first field mission in Kosovo with regard to the risk assessment in prosecution and judiciary (31 October – 4 November 2016), two Council of Europe experts conducted the second field mission in Pristina between 21 to 25 November. Assisted by the PECK II Project team the experts will met with representatives of the main institutions in judicial and prosecutorial system including: Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, Chief State Prosecutor Office and Special Prosecution Office, as well as other relevant institutions with the aim to identify the main corruption risks and vulnerabilities in both systems.
