Assessment of the Tunisian anti-corruption framework: discussion of the draft report

On 28- 29 November 2016, a delegation of Tunisian authorities and CoE experts examined a draft assessment report of the Tunisian legislative and institutional anti-corruption framework, during a working meeting in Strasbourg. The report was prepared by a team of CoE international and local experts further to the onsite visit carried out in February 2016.

This meeting marks a major step for the finalisation of the assessment process of the Tunisian anti-corruption framework based on GRECO methodology. Further to the exchanges of the working meeting, a revised version of the report, including a set of recommendations, will be prepared by the experts and shared with the authorities. It is expected that the final report will be adopted and officially presented during the first quarter of 2017.
