The text of all Council of Europe treaties, their explanatory reports, the status of signatures and ratifications, the declarations and reservations made by States, as well as the notifications issued by the Treaty Office since 2005, are available on this website.
Texts of treaties in Html format, as well as explanatory reports, which are not available in German, Italian or Russian, are displayed in English until their replacement by a translation into these languages. The texts of the declarations and reservations as well as the electronic notifications are available in the Council of Europe's official languages only.
ETS and CETS
Conventions and agreements opened for signature between 1949 and 2003 were published in the "European Treaty Series" (ETS No. 001 to 193 included). Since 2004, this Series is continued by the "Council of Europe Treaty Series" (CETS No. 194 and following). For technical reasons, the search pages contained in this site use only the denomination CETS.

Estonia
- approved the Council of Europe Convention on Access to Official Documents (CETS No. 205) .
