During its meeting, the European Committee on Crime Problems (CDPC) examined and approved, with a view to its adoption by the Committee of Ministers, a draft Recommendation on the European Rules on community sanctions and measures as well as a draft Council of Europe handbook for prison and probation services regarding radicalisation and violent extremism.
Among other issues, the CDPC also examined some criminal-law issues of the draft Council of Europe Convention on Offences relating to Cultural Property and moved forward in the implementation of the Action Plan on transnational organised crime.
