The Council of Europe’s Commissioner for Human Rights, Nils Muižnieks, visited Brussels from Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 February.

During his visit, the Commissioner had a series of high-level meetings with interlocutors from the European Union.

He also took part in the regular meeting of the EU Council Working Party on OSCE and the Council of Europe, where he spoke about some of the major challenges currently facing the Council of Europe and his priorities for 2017.
