It will focus on two basic objectives :
Secretary General on official visit to Malta Strasbourg, 09.10.2002 - Council of Europe Secretary General Walter Schwimmer will pay an official visit to Malta on 10 and 11 October. The purpose of the visit is to finalise preparations for the chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, which Malta will assume for six months as from 7 November 2002.
