Exhibition of contemporary Polish photography
The Espace Apollonia is hosting an exhibition of photographs sponsored by the Council of Europe's Directorate of Culture and Cultural and Natural Heritage and coinciding with the Polish Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers. The exhibition is part of the ''Contemporary identity – current artistic creation in Poland'' cycle, a project bringing together eight artists who seek to define Polish identity through their photographs.

During Poland’s six-month term in the Chair of the Committee of Ministers, starting on 10 November 2004, it will be organising a number of cultural events in Strasbourg, where the Council of Europe is based. The programme will include exhibitions of paintings and photographs, jazz concerts, concerts of contemporary music, films, retrospectives, plays, etc...
