· From 1977 to 1982, Mayor of Banja Luka
· From 1982 to 1985 Minister of Defense of the former Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina
· From 1985 to 1992 Manager, "Cajavec Holding Company", Banja Luka
· Chairmen of the Assembly of Banja Luka Town
· Member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina

POLITICAL ENGAGEMENT:
Since 1996, Mr. Radisic has been the member of the Socialist Party of the Republic of Srpska.
