Dick Marty: Assistance at the end of life - respecting the patient's will
Legalising euthanasia under controlled conditions is the only means of achieving transparency and preventing abuses, according to Swiss Liberal MP Dick Marty. The rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly Social, Health and Family Affairs Committee is calling for patients' right to refuse medical treatment at the end of life to be respected.
