Il concorso
Tema:
"Come immagini il cittadino europeo del futuro". Lo scopo di questo titolo comune
è quello di stimolare l’immaginazione dei giovani e lasciare loro la possibilità di trattare la questione in maniera più complessa.
Lunghezza:
Il testo non dovrà superare le 1000 parole.
Partecipanti:
Giovani di età compresa tra i 10 e i 18 anni.
Giuria:
Al fine di ricevere e valutare gli scritti e scegliere il vincitore, si dovrà procedere alla costituzione di una giuria nazionale tenendo conto del tema proposto e del fatto che il concorso si inserisce nell’ambito del 60° anniversario del Consiglio d’Europa. La giuria dichiarerà il vincitore nazionale.
Premio:
Il Consiglio d’Europa conferirà ad ogni vincitore un diploma che verrà consegnato in occasione della Cerimonia di celebrazione del 60° anniversario del Consiglio d’Europa che avrà luogo a Strasburgo il 1° ottobre 2009.
